My wife and I have hot water heat, so we needed an innovative solution to our air conditioning needs, and I work out of our third floor bonus room, with lots of skylights, which really heat up on sunny days, even in winter.
Vermont Energy proposed a Mitsubishi two zone ductless system. (high efficiency 15 SEER rating) The installation crew was very efficient and professional, and it only took one day to install.
