06-08-15Installation started on time at 7 AM and wrapped up around 3:30; The team did a great job keeping my floors clean and cleaning behind themselves upstairs and in stairway. It was very hot on Install (88 & Humid) so we ran upper zone just for a few minutes. Its been too warm to fire up the down stairs zone but I will look forward to it in the fall. Sales rep (Peter Bodette) was very professional, answered my F/U questions and measured very carefully (I brought in 6 folks for estimates and Peter was the best). I look forward to a great support relationship based on how my install went, keep up the good work!

07-01-13I originally had my split level airs put in from Vt. Energy when I moved to Vermont and they did a great job. Recently, it looked like one of the dual zone units would have to be replaced, but the technician, John Gilmour, did an amazing job to fix the problem and save me thousands of dollares. i give Vermont Energy an A+. It is often difficult to find good people to do work fairly and they exceeded every expectation.

11-11-11Very satisfied so far - removal and installation crews did a great job. Only qualms are with the installation end-game, when things got a little rushed after a long day: 1) One of the existing tstats appeared not to work with the new equipment. Problem was ascribed to the tstat being a power-robbing type. Customer (me) was left to deal with it. After several hours of buying and trying 2 tstats, still didn't work. Problem turned out to be a simple wiring issue, which John quickly diagnosed and corrected - and got the original tstat to work! 2) The hot water faucet in the kitchen was used by the crew to purge the new system at high pressure. Afterward, customer (me again) was left with hot water coming out of that faucet at little more than a trickle; cold water flow was fine. Elsewhere in the house hot water flow was fine. Took apart the entire faucet and mixing mechanism to find what was impeding the flow - nothing found - Still just a trickle. After a few weeks, while running the hot water. the faucet 'burped' and started flowing normally again. Still don't know what the problem was, but sure was aggravating for those few weeks. Would recommend not using a high-use faucet to purge new systems.

Barbarawas responsive to my initial email; Mark was responsive to my scheduling needs, and then took as much time as I needed to clarify my questions. He explained the physics of heating to the uninititated without talking down to me, and then the service people showed up at exactly 7am, just as advertised. They called me at work when they were done and then hung around til I was sure everything was up to snuff!

08-18-10Winter will be more telling but the domestic hot water is fine. Whjite doors were scraped by the installers and had to be touched up. I would have preferred that they told me that as opposed to me finding it. I had difficulty getting a warranty and the billing for the balance got messed up. I still have not seen a warranty policy.

08-18-10It was very good. The workers were knowledgeable and likeable. I liked that the salesman took photos of the work area so that he would be able to show the situation to the installers. Follow up to a problem was prompt and thorough. I might call back for the installation of the ductless air conditioning next year.
